ShaKim Events is founded by Jesmique, a 28 year old single parent chasing my dreams and doing what I love most, creating magical memories for my clients and giving nothing less than my best. The planner who sets up all events on my own or with the help of my family. My business was established professionally last year, with about 12 years experience in the field. We stand for family, love, laughter and fun WITH A TWIST IN CREATIVITY ensuring your function is all you want it to be and more. I have turned the smallest of events into something so spectacular one would think it costs a fortune for the magical moments we create. Where does our name come from?
Once again, FAMILY!!!!!! Our name comes from my daughter and late niece's names combined, our 1st & 2nd born that were inseparable since the day I can remember. They had a bond, a connection so strong. That of twins and shared a love so great it made me want my business founded on a structure of their strength and love for life, through all the unique and sad moments in time they faced as little children already, therefore our foundation will continue to grow as their connection does till today.
